White bread slices                 -8
(crust removed)
Cheese spread                        -100gms
Raisins                                    -4tbsp
Powdered brown sugar         -4tbsp
Butter                                     -75gms

Egg                                          -2
Cream                                     -4tbsp
  • ·       Jam sauce

Jam                                         -6tbsp

  • ·       Preparation method

Spread cheese on one side of each bread slice. Then on 4 slices spread raisins and sugar. Close these slices using the remaining slices ,with the cheese spread coming inside. Thus we will get 4 sandwiches. Cut the sandwiches into triangles.
Whisk together egg and cream.
In a hot pan add butter. Dip the sandwich in the egg cream mix and fry in the butter. Each side should be fried 3-4 min, or till it turn golden yellow. Strain on a kitchen towel. Serve hot with jam sauce. Kids will love this.

Whisk together jam and 2tbsp of water.
